FitTech Builder Kit · v1.0

I ran fitness studios for 10 years and bought every piece of gym software out there. Now I build my own with AI and have never written a line of code. This weekend, so can you.

Three finished app specs (client check-in, program tracker, class booking), a fitness-ready setup for Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor or Bolt, and the 30 prompts that fix what breaks after your first one. So you never get stuck at prompt two. $27.

You already tried this

You opened Lovable or Claude on a Sunday, described the app you've been talking about for two years, and watched it appear in four minutes. It looked incredible.

Then you asked for one more thing, and it broke something that worked. Two hours later you had something that looked like an app, couldn't handle a waitlist, and showed every client everyone else's phone number.

You closed the laptop. You're still doing check-ins on a clipboard. That wasn't you being bad at this. You handed a builder a photo of a house and no plans.

What was actually missing

Every developer writes four boring documents before typing a line of code: a spec, a database design, rules for who can see what, and a list of screens. You don't have them, and no amount of re-prompting will conjure them.

This kit is those four documents, written for a fitness business, ready to hand to your AI.

What's in the folder

01-setup AGENTS.md · CLAUDE.md · .cursorrules · glossary · tool comparison
02-specs 3 finished PRDs + template + the 15-minute interview prompt
03-data one Postgres schema · security rules · "why is my screen empty" · seed data
04-screens every screen, its one action, its empty state · design guide
05-prompts 30 fixes, filed under what you say when it breaks
06-deploy Vercel + Supabase checklist · before-you-give-it-to-a-real-client

Three finished specs. Client check-in: people tap once on their own phone, and you see who's in the room without looking up from the floor. Program tracker: you write the program, the client logs what they actually lifted, and you see the gap before the conversation. Class booking: clients book, cancel and join a waitlist that moves on its own. Each says what it deliberately does not do in version one. That's why it can be built in a weekend.

A database that's already correct. Two people booking the last spot can't both get in, and a cancellation promotes the first person on the waitlist automatically. The database enforces it.

The security rules, written and explained. Working rules for owner, coach and client, plus a five-minute test that proves one client can't read another's records.

The 30 prompts: the reason this is $27 and not free.

For each one you get the symptom in your words, what's usually actually wrong, the prompt to paste, what a good answer looks like, and the second move when the first prompt doesn't work.

How the weekend goes

Friday, 45 min: pick your app, copy four files into a folder, send one message. Saturday morning: paste three files into Supabase; your data layer is done. Saturday afternoon: something breaks; find the sentence, paste, keep moving. Sunday: deploy checklist, then check yourself in on your own phone, in your own gym.

This is not

An app (you're going to build it), a course (no videos), or a template you deploy. If you want software that works out of the box, buy software.

Who it's for

You run a gym or studio, or coach independently. You've tried an AI coding tool and it got away from you. You know exactly what you want. You have a weekend.

Not for you if you've never opened Claude, Lovable or Cursor (play for an hour first, it's free), you want someone to build it for you, or you need payroll, payments, marketing and nutrition in v1.

Who I am

Ex-pro athlete. Ten years running boutique fitness studios in the UAE and the US, multi-unit exit. Now I build fitness apps with AI from Costa Rica, and I've never written a line of code. A developer building you a gym app has to be told what a no-show costs. I've stood at the desk at 5:58am deciding whether to hold the spot.

Fair questions

Do I need to code? No. You need to read, paste, and tell your AI when it built the wrong thing. Running a business already taught you that last part.

My app isn't one of the three? The 15-minute interview prompt writes a spec in the same shape for whatever you want, like a trial-to-member tracker or an equipment log.

Which tool? Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor or Bolt. They all have free tiers, and there's a one-page honest comparison inside.

What does it cost to run? Nothing at the size of one gym. A domain is about $12 a year if you want one.

Is my clients' data safe? The security rules are written, tested and explained. Run the five-minute test. It's the most valuable five minutes in the kit.

Can't ChatGPT write me a spec? It'll write a plausible one that doesn't know a booking from an attendance and will happily add an injuries field. The gap isn't writing. It's ten years of knowing which details matter.

Doesn't work for me? Email founder@fittechfounder.com within 30 days and I'll refund you.

Made with AI? Yes, plainly. That's the whole premise.

$27

$19 through Friday, October 30, 2026. One payment. Lifetime updates. Instant download.

By Sunday night you'll either have an app your clients can open on their phones, or you'll know exactly which part is harder than you thought.
